Troubleshooting and FAQ

  • My data is gone. Restore from your latest backup file or Google Drive backup. Check you're using the same browser and device.
  • A customer can't open my link. Free version links expire after 30 days. Send a fresh link.
  • Pay Now button doesn't show. Check that the payment method is set up in Settings.
  • Notifications aren't arriving. On iPhone, make sure Moonlighter is on your home screen and notifications are allowed in Settings > Notifications.
  • Facebook won't accept my quote page link. Copy the link again from Settings > Quote Builder (it starts with getmoonlighter.com/quote) and test it in Messenger.
  • Quote requests aren't showing up. Open Moonlighter with internet. Requests arrive within seconds with notifications on, otherwise the next time you open the app.
