Business Settings

All settings live under Backup & Settings in the menu.

  • Business info: shows on every estimate and invoice.
  • Your line of work: change or add trades anytime. Your records don't change.
  • Branding (full version): add your logo.
  • Themes: 11 color themes, plus light and dark mode.
  • Payment options: Stripe or Square card links (also take Apple Pay and Google Pay), Venmo, Cash App, PayPal.me, Zelle, and check, using your own accounts. Moonlighter never handles your money or sees card details. Includes steps for setting up automatic monthly billing with Stripe.
  • Default payment terms: the number of days until an invoice is due. Each invoice can override it.
  • Mileage rate by year: the 2026 IRS rate is $0.725 per mile. Enter the new rate each January; past years keep their own rate.
