Getting Started
What Moonlighter does: Send quotes your clients sign on their phone, send invoices with Pay Now buttons, and keep every client, job, and dollar in one place. Pay once, no monthly fees. Works on phone, tablet, and computer, and works offline.
First-time setup (about 5 minutes):
- Open Moonlighter and pick your line of work: Handyman, Cleaning, Lawn Care, Painting, or General Services. Your service types, units, example prices, and expense categories load automatically.
- Do more than one kind of work? Add the other trades anytime in Settings.
- Enter your business info (name, phone, email, address).
- Replace the example prices with your own.
- Add your payment methods so invoices show Pay Now buttons.
Install it like an app:
- iPhone: open Moonlighter in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Android: open it in Chrome and tap Install app (or Add to Home screen).
- Computer: use the install icon in Chrome or Edge's address bar.

Unlocking the full version: Tap Unlock on the dashboard banner (or the Free version card in Backup & Settings), then enter your license key or Etsy order number. Unlocking needs the internet once, keeps all your data, and removes the limits. Founder's price is $69 through January 31, 2027, then $99.
